Pete Alonso rookie cards quickly caught on with collectors based on an impressive start to his MLB career. The rising slugger for the New York Mets has the Big Apple and the hobby in general taking notice.
After a few years of college ball with the Florida Gators, Pete (or Peter, or Pete the Polar Bear) was taken 64th overall by the Mets in the 2016 MLB Draft. His first baseball cards came that same year.

Although he missed out on the first few sets of the year, his RC options should be plentiful during the summer and fall portion of the MLB card schedule.
