Oscar Taveras, Jonathan Singleton Rookie Cards, Autographs Announced by Topps
With their MLB debuts in the books, Topps has announced plans for Oscar Tavares and Jonathan Singleton rookie cards and autographs in 2014 baseball card products.
Both got their first tastes of major league action this week, and they did so in style. The 21-year-old Taveras hit a home run in his first game with the Cardinals on May 31. Singleton responded in kind in his Astros debut on June 3.
Collectors can already find plenty of cards from both players. For Taveras, this includes a Chrome Prospect Autograph in 2012 Bowman Baseball. Early autograph cards of Singleton can be found in 2010 Bowman Platinum and 2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition.
