Funko Pop Jay and Silent Bob Figures
They're finally back (in vinyl). The Funko Pop Jay and Silent Bob figures offer several options for the irreverent duo.
Featuring Jason Mewes as Jay and Kevin Smith as Silent Bob, the iconic slackers first appeared in Smith's films Clerks (1994) and Mallrats (1995) before receiving their own franchise. This includes Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) and Jay and Silent Bob Reboot (2019), which are both covered in the vinyl set.
The earliest Funko Pop Jay and Silent Bob figures arrived in 2013 for Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Next came the Bluntman & Chronic two-pack at 2019 New York Comic Con along with several 2020 exclusives.
For Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, collectors can find the armored Iron Bob at 2020 San Diego Comic-Con and a casual Jay, which released directly from the Funko Shop. The accompanying Silent Bob figure was slated for 2020 LA Comic Con, but the convention was canceled, so the figure was released at Hot Topic with the LACC sticker.
Of course, Kevin Smith has a long and diverse background, so he has appeared in other Pop! vinyl sets, as well. This includes Funko Pop Directors and Funko Pop Comic Book Men.
