2026-27 Upper Deck MVP Hockey is the traditional early-season entry-level release that launches the NHL collecting calendar. It delivers a 250-card base set, popular Script parallels, returning Colors & Contours cards, a full suite of new and returning inserts, MVP Stickers, rare Mascot Lenticulars, and the usual Rookie/Draft Pick Redemptions. Release is set for August 5, 2026.

The product stays true to the long-running MVP formula: affordable, high card count per box, easy short prints and Silver Scripts, and a chase for low-numbered Super Script, 1/1 Black Super Script, and Colors & Contours levels. It is the first NHL product of the year and includes late 2025-26 debuts as rookies (players must have appeared in an official NHL game).
