The card is actually one of two 2012 Topps Football Andrew Luck variation short prints. The other shows Luck simply in a different pose where he's getting ready to throw, two hands on the ball. The common Luck rookie card in the set shows the first overall pick looking down field with his arm back.

I don't know about anyone else, but the lucky charms Luck variation reminds me a little of a notorious vintage Star Wars card:

I get the innocence of the Andrew Luck variation. It's cute. But I'm guessing I'm not the only one to do a double-take because of the placement of the lucky charm hanging from Luck's tights.
