Topps filed this application as an "Intent to Use" application, meaning it does not currently have such a product, but it will likely launch one in the future.
Topps' Attax line has been used in the collectible card game arena. In particular, it has been successful overseas with soccer. A couple of years ago, Topps launched several Attax lines in the US, but neither met with the same success. The football and baseball lines are no longer offered.
While it is unclear at this time what an ALIEN ATTAX product line will cover (if launched), some are hopeful that maybe it'll branch into an expansion and card game for the popular Mars Attacks line.
