2019 Topps Heritage Minor League Baseball Variations Guide
Various MiLB stars are treated to short-print editions with the 2019 Topps Heritage Minor League Variations. Done on the 1970 design, the choices include image swaps along with base cards that omit the player's name.
Fully revealed on the 2019 Topps Heritage Minor League Baseball checklist, there are 20 cards in total with 10 players for each style. However, the same six players are found in both sets, including Wander Franco, Victor Victor Mesa and even former football player Tim Tebow.
It appears the majority of the image variations switch from the posed shots to action photos. There are also numbered autograph versions for several of the subjects. One signed option is Julio Pablo Martinez, who does not have an image variation base card but does have an autograph for it.
In addition, the faux-error Missing Player Name variations are pretty easy to spot given that the cards entirely remove the player name.
However, pulling them is an entirely different matter. Both of the variation options average 1:486 packs, which is 1:27 boxes or around one in every 2-3 cases.

2019 Topps Heritage Minor League Variation Codes
As normal for Topps releases, the CODE#CMP number on the back can be used to identify the variation without worrying about the image on the front. Look for the final digits of the code under the stats for the base player in question.
