2015 Topps Baseball Retail Factory Set Rookie Variations Gallery

Kris Bryant, Joc Pederson are among the 2015 Topps Baseball Rookie Variations found exclusively in retail factory sets. Like the past couple of years, each of the retail versions comes with five extra cards. Each takes the regular base card and gives it a different photo.

Joining Bryant and Pederson are Jorge Soler, Devon Travis and Archie Bradley.

The variations do not replace the regular base card for each player. They're included as well as part of the main 700-card set that covers 2015 Topps Series 1 and Series 2 Baseball.

2015 Topps Baseball retail factory sets come in a blue box that notes the variations. Hobby sets, which come with five Orange parallels, come in a red box.

  1. Any idea what the print run on these are? They seem to be pretty hard to find, or people are snagging them off the shelves as fast as they are put on.

  2. ZJ Nothing has been released. Historically, though, the only shortage will be as a result of demand. Usually, there are plenty. Also, they’re only starting to release now so many stores might not have their initial shipments yet.

  3. Are these the only 5 rookie variations? and also if you buy a complete set do you get both variations of the card?

  4. These are the only five. And as the article states, you get the five variations in addition to the regular cards included with the set.

  5. is this the same box that you find at wal-mart? I see them with Cal Ripken Jr. on the cover, want to make sure i get the right box with the variations..thanks

  6. Kyle I personally haven’t seen the Cal Ripken sets myself, but if the variations are in there, it will say on the outside of the box.
