User Rating:

2014 Topps Translucent Football isn't only a new brand, but it's an online-exclusive product to the company's website. The all-autograph product opts for thick, see-through acetate stock over traditional cardboard.

Each pack has a pair of cards. All are rookie autographs. Every signature is on-card.

The configuration of 2014 Topps Translucent Football is very basic. Sepia parallels serial numbered to 5 are the only inserts outside of the base autographs. A total of 43 players have cards in the product, which Topps is calling a test issue.

The product is slated to go on sale on Topps.com at 12 PM EST on Thursday, March 26. Each single-pack box costs $99.99. They are also available by the case (24 boxes) for $2,399.99.

Most important – the cards don’t look that hot. The image on the front is not very clear and there is nothing on the back. Also – you could be like me and get Dri Archer and Zach Mettenberger. With only 2 cards for $70, there’s a very good chance you’ll get a bad pack.

2 autographs for $99 of which almost all are worth about $10 per. I’d take a shot if they had actually stated production, but instead, they just say it is “limited” which is a meaningless term.

They get points for being on card and no redemptions.

Looks terrible. Never a fan of all rookie additions.

Oh my! I like the looks of these. Acetate cards are always cool.
