2014 Leaf Metal Draft Football is an all-autograph release aimed at gridiron prospectors. Offering not only an early look at the 2014 NFL Draft class, the release digs even deeper with some top high school prospects.
Every box of 2014 Leaf Metal Draft Football has four cards. All are signed. Base autographs focus largely on position players, which tend to be more popular in the hobby than lots of defensive standouts. Several levels of Prismatic parallels are numbered as low as 1/1.
Award Winner Autographs highlight top college players. State Pride Autographs are back. These use state flags as the basis for the card's design. Like base autographs, both of these inserts come with Prismatic parallels.
Masterworks Artwork Autographs combine a signature with an original piece of art. The checklist is all prospects, including Teddy Bridgewater.
Rounding out the set are U.S. Army All-American Autographs. The cards have signatures from players who participated in the 2014 All-American Bowl Game, an all-star game of sorts for top high school players. Prismatic parallels add to the chase.

The actual release of this set was a little rushed it seems but the overall product that came out was solid. If Leaf ever puts the Draft and Metal set together it miight get interesting. Also, the metal cards mimic the Valiant cards in some instances which is confusing and unnecessary.
Overall, who can really complain when you have stuff like Score, Press Pas, and Sage to buy instead.
