The treasure hunt continues with 2013 Leaf Best of Basketball, the company's latest buyback-driven product. Much of the release's focus is on giving collectors a second chance at some of the hobby's best basketball cards. That said, like other recent Leaf Best of Products, there is new content included in every box as well.
The main component of 2013 Leaf Best of Basketball are buybacks, which fall one per box. Leaf is continually going out and buying cards off the secondary market to be inserted in Best of products. All buybacks are either professionally slabbed or graded. High-end rookies, big-name autographs and rare inserts are among the possibilities.
Every 2013 Leaf Best of Basketball box also comes with an autograph that's exclusive to the product. Leaf exclusive Damian Lillard and Larry Bird are among the signers in the set.
