Special Upper Deck Jack Hoffman Football Card Now Available
UPDATE (4/23): Collectors can now order copies of the card (not autographed) from the Team Jack Foundation website. Due to the tremendous support and publicity surrounding the card, Upper Deck has made arrangements to have cards available to the general public.
The cost of the card is $10 and they should start shipping in mid-May. All proceeds go to the Team Jack Foundation to fight pediatric brain cancer.
Although the online store says they're out of stock, it appears as though you can still pre-order them.
Last week was a magical moment for Jack Hoffman and everyone who caught him either on TV or online. The seven-year-old, who is fighting brain cancer, was brought into play during the Nebraska Cornhusker's Spring Game. Hoffman ran a 69-yard touchdown and was promptly hoisted onto the team's shoulders. Upper Deck is honoring the inspirational child with a special limited edition card that will be used to raise money for charity.
The over-sized cards us the 2013 Upper Deck Football design. They will be signed by Hoffman, who is the inspiration for the Team Jack Foundation. The non-profit is dedicated to raising funds for pediatric brain cancer research.
"Jack is the type of inspirational athlete who absolutely deserves an Upper Deck rookie card," said Upper Deck's Chris Carlin via press release. "Upper Deck does not want to risk Jack’s amateur status with the NCAA so the card we created will not be part of a mainstream trading card release. Jack had a larger than life moment on the field that day for Nebraska which is why Upper Deck is creating a limited number of promotional blow-up rookie cards for Jack to sign and use for charitable purposes."
Details on how the special Jack Hoffman cards will be sold or when they'll be available haven't been announced.

I purchased 3 of these Jack Hoffman 5×7 “rookie” cards and have NOT received them yet! I ordered them back in April!
