2013 Panini National Treasures Football Rookie Patch Autographs have pretty much everything most collectors are looking for in a high-end card. The signatures are on-card. The patches, although player-worn and not game-used, are big. Numbered to 99, they're also rare.
There are 40 RPAs in 2013 Panini National Treasures. They run from numbers 201 to 240 on the set checklist, which makes them official rookie cards. The players all participated in the NFLPA Rookie Premiere prior to the start of the season.
They aren't the only rookie cards in the product though. Cards 151 to 200 are basic rookie cards that have no autographs or memorabilia. The main set concludes with more than 90 more rookies who only have an autograph. None of the 40 RPAs have other cards in the main set.
