Overview
The New York Yankees are a team steeped in tradition and larger-than-life players, and that includes Andy Pettitte. Several other modern players come to mind, but Pettitte joins Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera as players who have achieved personal success, team success and career longevity with the one of the most famous sports franchises in history. Pettitte ends his storied career with over 250 wins and as the Yankees all-time strikeouts leader. A three-time All-Star and five-time World Series Champion, Pettitte was also named the the ALCS MVP in 20o1. Although he does not enjoy the same values as Jeter or Rivera, collectors still show considerable interest in Andy Pettitte cards and memorabilia.
Andy Pettite only has just one official rookie card. However, this is not his only preferred card. Outside of current low-numbered autographs, some of Pettitte's earliest autographs are still popular with collectors and are among the top Andy Pettite cards.
Demand for Andy Pettitte autographed memorabilia is strong. While he will always be known as a New York Yankee, the fact that he helped the Houston Astros reach the World Series in 2005 creates demand in two markets. Signed baseballs are the most popular items that fans and collectors choose to acquire.

1993 Bowman Andy Pettitte RC #103
It is crazy to think that this image and card is over 20-years old. A young prospect at this point, Pettitte would not join the Yankees' roster for another two years. Despite overproduction, the lone Andy Pettitte rookie card is a hot commodity. However, prices remain reasonable.
