Leaf iCard ushers in a new run of print-to-order trading cards from the company.

This follows the Leaf Live offering that debuted in 2016 but never reached any point of consistency. Leaf Live was apparently abandoned after a single card was released in 2019.

UPDATE: Following some negative feedback, the COVID-19 card was removed from the initial 2021 Leaf iCard sale. All orders made before the sale ended will be honored.

2021 Leaf iCard Trading Cards Set Details

The 2021 Leaf iCard trading cards work much the same way as Leaf Live, but with a higher price point. Each card is available for 10 days at $7.99 each. Shipping is extra. Cheaper per-card prices are available for 10-card ($4.99 per card) and 20-card bundles ($3.99 per card). Total production is limited to the amount sold during the designated timeframe.

In addition to a simple design, the cards feature high gloss on the front and back.

Featured subjects include various athletes from multiple sports along with topical happenings in the world. One such option highlighted the start of vaccinations for COVID-19.

Per Leaf, "many times, these cards might be the FIRST EVER TRADING card of a personality." In these cases, the cards are noted as XRC (extended rookie card).

If you recognize the Leaf iCard brand, that's because Leaf previously issued iCard autographs for Ezekiel Elliott, Ronald Acuna Jr. and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
