Law of Cards: Upper Deck Settles Lawsuit with Insurance Company

This time it reached an agreement in its long-running dispute with its insurance company, Endurance, over who would pay for Upper Deck's defense of the Konami lawsuit. This comes on the heels of Upper Deck recently settling cases with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, MLB and Blowout Cards.
If this keeps up, Upper Deck may find itself lawsuit free!
Oh yeah, except for that Upper Deck v. Upper Deck case. I have feeling that one is not going anywhere for a while.
