Elizabeth Banks - Effie Trinket
Of all the Hunger Games autographs now available on cards, Elizabeth Banks' 2007 Rittenhouse Spider-Man 3 card has good potential for future growth. The career for the beautiful actress still seems to be on the rise, despite being around for a while now. Besides Spider-Man 3, some of her more popular roles have come in Zach and Miri Make a Porno, Role Models, TV's Scrubs and a recurring role on 30 Rock.
2007 Rittenhouse Spider-Man 3 has a loaded autograph checklist that also includes Tobey Maguire, James Franco, Lucy Lawless, Bruce Campbell and Willem Dafoe. Collectors can expect to pay around $50-75 for the Elizabeth Banks autograph card.
Toby Jones -Claudius Templesmith
2010 Artbox Harry Potter Heroes and Villains, 2011 Upper Deck Captain America
Toby Jones' most famous film role to date is one where he's not shown on the screen. He voiced the loveable elf Dobby in the Harry Potter series. Jones is largely a character actor who shows up in a lot of films. Some of his bigger movies include Captain America, The Adventures of Tintin and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. Jones has two autograph cards: 2010 Artbox Harry Potter Heroes and Villains and 2011 Upper Deck Captain America. The Harry Potter franchise remains very popular. As a result, expect to pay big for Jone' signature, despite the fact that there's a computer-generated elf on the card and not the actor himself. The card sells for $75-120. The Captain America autograph sells in the $20-30 range.
Alexander Ludwig - Cato
2007 Inkworks The Seeker: The Dark is Rising
Although The Seeker: The Dark is Rising was a failure both at the box office and in the hobby, it's turning out to be a solid option for reasonably priced autographs. This Alexander Ludwig autograph card is on the rise. Just a couple of months ago it was readily available for under $10. Supplies have since dried up on eBay and the going rate has now more than doubled. Expect to pay over $20 for the card. Still very young and full of potential, this card could continue to rise if Ludwig transitions from child actor to Hollywood player.
Donald Sutherland - President Snow
Canadian Donald Sutherland is one of the greatest actors to never receive an Oscar nomination. Over the decades he has appeared in such movies as M*A*S*H, Ordinary People, The Italian Job and The Dirty Dozen. Sutherland has a pair of autographs in the pop culture-based 2011 In the Game Canadiana. Most sell in the $40-70 range.
Stanley Tucci - Caesar Flickerman
2011 Upper Deck Captain America
All autographs in Upper Deck's Captain America set are tough to come by. That scarcity is one of the driving forces behind the steady prices. Tucci is a highly respected actor in Hollywood. He was nominated for an Academy Award in 2010. The 2011 Upper Deck Captain America Stanley Tucci autograph currently sells for about $75-100.
