The primary option for Sarah Kerrigan appears as an Infested Terran with black eyes and brown tentacles that resemble dreadlocks. Issued through Blizzard at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, Kerrigan in Primal form shows the "Queen of Blades" with purple eyes and the corresponding metallic body armor.
