Funko Pop Smokey and the Bandit Figures
Funko Pop Smokey and the Bandit celebrates the good old American life: for the money, for the glory, and for the fun, but mostly for the money.
As with the 1977 action-comedy film, Burt Reynolds as Bo "Bandit" Darville is the main focus of the Pop! Movies set. Bandit is dressed in his trademark attire of blue jeans, a red button-up shirt with chest hair exposed, and a cowboy hat to go with his boots. In addition, he rocks a baby blue watch, ring and large belt buckle.
First revealed at Toy Fair New York 2020, the Funko Pop Smokey and the Bandit line also includes a Pop! Rides figure for Bandit's 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. The iconic black-and-gold vehicle includes a Bandit figure in a different post from the main version.
Although Smokey and the Bandit has other notable stars, it's just Bandit in the vinyl series, at least for now. Possible future figures could include Sally Field as Carrie (aka "Frog"), Jerry Reed as Cledus Snow (aka "Snowman") and Jackie Gleason as Sheriff Buford T. Justice (aka "Smokey"), but nothing is confirmed regarding another wave.
