Funko Pop Edward Scissorhands Figures
Tim Burton's 1990 film gets the vinyl treatment in Funko Pop Edward Scissorhands. The Pop! Movies set mostly offers figures for Johnny Depp as the title character.
With blades instead of hands, Edward Scissorhands has become one of the lasting cinematic subjects from the '90s. The movie is also viewed as Depp's mainstream, breakout role.
The Funko Pop Edward Scissorhands line actually started in 2013 with the vaulted #17 figure. In 2020, a new wave emerged with multiple Edward figures that show how much the Funko brand has evolved. This includes the main Pop! version as well as one with Edward wearing dress clothes. The figure of Edward holding red Kirigami art is exclusive to Walmart while Edward wearing a face mask comes at Books-A-Million locations. Showcasing his landscaping talents, the deluxe figure captures the scene with the dinosaur shrub.
Of course, Johnny Depp is not the only star name in Edward Scissorhands. Wynona Ryder, who first worked with Tim Burton in Beetlejuice, is available as the suburban teen Kim Boggs.
Although that's it for now, other notable characters include Dianne Weist as Peg Boggs, Anthony Michael Hall as Jim and Vincent Price as The Inventor.
