Funko Pop Betty Boop Vinyl Figures
Paying tribute to a cartoon icon, Funko Pop Betty Boop offers the 1930s star in the familiar Pop! form.
Joined by Pudgy, her white puppy, most of the Betty Boop figures are actually part of a combo pack. Pairing her black hair and eyes with gold jewelry and the red dress, lipstick, high heels and heart garter, the resemblance is quite accurate. The small dog with a raised ear showcases the same Pac-Man-style eyes as Betty.
Although issued in Pop! Animation under the same figure number (#421), Betty Boop also comes in a black-and-white variant exclusive to Entertainment Earth. The more limited chase, which is issued randomly in place of the main black-and-white figure, adds the red back to the dress, lipstick, garter and high heels. Fans and collectors may notice that Pudgy has a red lipstick kiss on the chase variant, as well.
Later releases in the Animation line include Nurse Betty Boop, Sweetheart Betty Boop and Sock Hop Betty Boop & Pudgy.

Mermaid Betty Boop needs to be included (576), also why are some of the numbers different than what is on the back of the Mermaid Betty Boop box? On the back of the box, it shows 505 as the Nurse Betty Boop, 524 as the Sweetheart Betty Boop, 552 as the Elf Betty Boop and Pudgy. That is obviously different than what is listed.

No idea. Obviously, some things must have changed between planning and execution.
