Brittney Griner Autograph Cards on the Way from Leaf
Update (5/29/13): Leaf has announced the Brittney Griner autograph cards will be offered exclusively on eBay tonight, beginning at 10PM EST (7PM PST).
Leaf has announced they're releasing the first-ever Brittney Griner autograph cards. In fact, other than a Sports Illustrated for Kids card, it's her first-ever basketball cards.
Leaf will sell the cards direct to collectors through eBay. All are signed on-card. Leaf says that quantities are extremely limited. Besides a regular version, there are also parallels numbered as low as 1/1.
Griner is a two-time AP Player of the Year and is regarded as one of the top women's basketball prospects ever. She was taken first overall by the Phoenix Mercury in last month's WNBA draft. Thanks in part to her height, Griner is a major threat on both ends of the court. Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, even suggested he might consider drafting Griner.
