The Card of the Month (COTM) set is an offshoot of the main 2021 Topps Now Baseball line.

2021 Topps Now Card of the Month Set Details
Every month, 2021 Topps Now Card of the Month Baseball provides a free card that highlights the top performer(s). The card can't be purchased directly, but collectors can redeem the card for points within a certain timeframe.
The individual monthly cards are available for 500 points and the COTM releases for the whole year can be unlocked with 2,000 points.
2021 Topps Rewards Loyalty Program
Although the Topps Rewards loyalty program points are only good for either the 2021 Topps Now Card of the Month Baseball cards or discounts on Topps Now purchases, all Topps online purchases earn points.
Even if you are eligible, the process is not triggered automatically. You must use your points to redeem the COTM for the month or season.
