The new season of Major League Soccer kicks off on the field and via the 2019 Topps Now MLS soccer cards. Available soon after the depicted events occur, the print-to-order releases are generally quite rare.
Similar to 2018, cards are normally made available every week during the season. And these cards are generally sold for only 24 hours on the Topps website.
2019 Topps Now MLS Soccer Set Details
Other than the design, little has changed for 2019 Topps Now MLS. The cards still sell for $9.99 apiece and document key moments from Major League Soccer. Collectors can get a discount on the sticker price by purchasing the bundle for all the cards released on that day or by purchasing multiple cards of the same player.
Other than a very minimal design, the cards themselves are mostly full-bleed images. The combined appeal of the photography and individual rarity of each card are the main draw for the online-only set.
Backs either provide a more detailed written account of the image shown on the front or provide a second image from the same event with no text.
