While the base cards are only distinguished by the "Topps Holiday 2019" logo, various parallels get more into the seasonal spirit with a festive sweater border in various colors.

User Reviews

  1. How excited would you be if you spent $20 on Topps products and ripped open the excitement of the Christmas Elf.

You wonder if the folks sit around the table at Topps and say, “Our customers will buy everything! They are idiots. Let’s give them a Christmas Elf, Santa and a turkey.”

  2. I love this product…….I’ve put together a set every year they made it……..Yeah, the turkey and elf are lame…..But the parallels are great…..

  3. there is a parallel for this set that is not in your checklist
    Blue snowflake #d of 50
example is the elf card shown — but if you check online you will see the reg blue 150 and a blue snowflake of 50

    brrrrrrr
23 days til pitchers to report

  4. Anyone who busted a good # of packs (10+) have a report on how many autos ya got? Or heard from a trusty source what the approximate odds?

And the statement about “based on past year’s odds,….) hit it on the head. I can’t recall the last year Topps made the same exact product and the odds even remained the SAME as the previous year. So, even a recollection of last years odds is pretty irrelevant. Hence, why a firsthand report is as good as anything!

  5. What I said was, “Autographs are in play, as well. However, going by previous years, these are normally tough to pull.” No odds were referenced because there were no official odds given in any year. I was merely reminding everyone that the autographs have been historically rare. I figured that was quite relevant so collectors weren’t expecting autographs in every pack.

  6. That was the reason I asked, as it appears the best information on the odds would be firsthand feedback from someone who opened many packs. If it appears it’s closer to 1:10 packs than 1:100 packs to pull an auto, I’d consider grabbing some.

So, I was just seeing how “in play” they are is all (I suppose I could check Youtube to see if there’s anyone with pack breaks with these, too)….

  7. Fair enough. Updated info is added when possible. My point was that the statement about rarity is not irrelevant when most people are just going to be opening a pack or two at a time. Especially since this is from a promo in November that has largely dried up.

  8. Gotcha. Nah, I actually asked cuz there is a guy with 5 pack lots for $20. Or was, anyway-and was curious if it was worth a shot. Otherwise, never knew they existed! So, that may have been one of the last of the dried up product, there.
