Rookie Ticket cards return to the ice in 2019-20 Panini Contenders Hockey. The online-exclusive set offers the first on-card autographs for Kaapo Kakko from his rookie season.
Just like 2019-20 Select Hockey, 2019-20 Score Hockey and 2019-20 Prizm Hockey, the set only has cards for Kaapo Kakko and Vitali Kravtsov of the New York Rangers. This is also the first hard-signed rookie autograph card for Kravtsov.
The product is sold directly by Panini's online store starting April 22, 2020 at 11 AM EST.
2019-20 Panini Contenders Hockey Set Details
Issued in one-card or three-card packs/bundles, 2019-20 Panini Contenders Hockey provides new cards from the brand's Rookie Ticket line.
Collectors can find base versions for Kakko and Kravtsov with New York, plus Kakko's International Ticket Variation with Team Finland.
Each option comes with several different Ticket parallels numbered to 99 or less. Every three-card pack should have one of these numbered parallels and they average 1:3 packs in the one-card format.
