2018 Topps Heritage Baseball Variations Checklist and Gallery

Hi Trey,
First off I want to thank you again for ALL the work you do for the site! Your amazing! I know how hard it is to do research and then do all the site for collectors, so THANK YOU so much! You know I use CBC everyday just about for product research.
So here is my question, I have a card #580 Ronald Acuna Jr. with a code number ending in 575, I don’t see anything about a 75, just the 65 base and so on, do you know anything about a card ending in #75?

I noticed that Carlos Correa has two different numbers in the ‘18 Heritage set. #125 and #381. Both have purple refractors but the #125s seem to have a smaller population. Do you have any information on this?

Just opened pack and got a #22 Bryce Harper card that is cut way off center and the gloss is on the back instead of the front. The date of birth is 92 and the code ends in 65 so it doesn’t say its an error card. Any Ideas?

Victor Martinez #427 says he bats righthanded on back of card but is actually a switch hitter and on the front has him hitting lefthanded. A variation or error card???

i pulled a Trey Mancini autograph card that had a 2018 all star cup on it…..

Does anyone have any information as to the Print run on the error cards? Specifically the Stanton Reverse card…..Thanks

pulled a Rafael devers auto the rookie cup says 2018 is this right

Pulled a card that is missing the black box and topps logo around the card number as well as the white box around the player height and weight stats. The code number isn’t an error code, in fact it’s the same as the base code. Is that an unlisted variation or just a part of the set? The card is #248 CC Sabathia.

I pulled a Mike Trout bat boy from a pack yesterday. Really caught me off guard haha. Any idea on what the odds are of getting a card like this? I’m curious about what a variation card like this is worth.

I pulled a base card with a red back. I don’t see anything regarding that. Is this a variation. The code is 65.

I just pulled a josh bell in a throwback uniform it has a code 00 on back I cant find any information on this card.

There’s also an “06” code. I don’t think it’s a variation – it’s on a Then & Now (Killebrew/Judge) insert.
I mention it because the word seems to be going around that anything other than a “65” is a variation.

Do we know which variations are available in the retail products? Obviously the trophy variations are, if the above comment is correct. Thanks!

I pulled a Ian Happ that the sides are reversed. The back of the card is slick rather than the front. It ends in 565. I do not find anything about there being any swapped sides cards. Error or are there others that exist?

Absolute garbage. Thankfully I paid only $85 presell for my box. The gimmicks are out of hand, the collation is horrible (177 of 500 cards with more than 100 doubles), and the short prints are all commons. You have to be insane to buy this, especially at ripoff prices. Stay away!

Very excited about pulling the Rookie Cup Trophy Error that reads 1969 for Rafael Devers today at the local shop

There is a Hoskins action variation with team name in white that someone pulled.

Updated: The Rookie Cup Trophy reads 1969 on the error variation instead of 2017.

I just ripped a blaster and got a Benintendi with a code ending 6603 instead of the normal 6565. I still don’t know what the difference is.

Trey, I just opened a retail pack of Heritage Baseball. I got the American League Batting Leaders in one pack, and yes, Hanley Ramirez is on the front of the card as a leader. This is clearly a mistake, as Jose Ramirez is the correct leader. Jose Ramirez is correctly listed on the back of the care, batting.318. Hanley, only hit .242 last year.
I wonder if this error will be corrected?
