Essentially the flagship set for the minor league teams, 2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball looks to the MiLB stars with a deep release.

Only found in hobby format, boxes include two autographs and two memorabilia cards.

2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Base / Inserts

Bringing the main Topps Baseball design from 2017 along for the ride, the base set features MiLB standouts as well as the first minor league releases for the 2016 draftees. In addition to Variations for key subjects, base parallels include Green (#'d), Orange (#/25) and Black (1/1).

Several new elements in 2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball can be found among the inserts. Benjamin Hill of MiLB.com takes collectors into the ballpark with Ben's Biz inserts. Displaying a more elaborate design approach, In The Wings features the MiLB players with high expectations. Of course, the popular Promo Night Uniforms base insert is back, as well. Parallels include Gold (#'d), Orange (#/25), Black (1/1) and low-numbered Autographs.

2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Autographs

Combining to fall two per box in 2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball, the signed choices start with the Base Autograph cards which also come in Green (#'d), Orange (#/25) and Black (1/1) versions. A case hit, Pro Production Autograph inserts celebrate notable stats while the Splash of the Future Autograph line is a new addition that utilizes an artistic background. Both of these signed sets also include a one-of-one Black parallel.

2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Relics

Likewise, relics come in pairs for those breaking 2017 Topps Pro Debut Baseball. Fragments of the Farm focuses on the more offbeat memorabilia swatches and the new Promo Night Uniform Relic cards contain jumbo-sized, game-used memorabilia pieces from specific promotional nights. Lastly, commemorative Pennant Patches cards return for another year. Each of the relics include Gold (#'d) and Black (1/1) parallels.

  1. I have a ? 4 you ,how many cards will b in the complete set ,how many hobby boxes does it take 2 make the set & what will the price b thanks much

  2. That information won’t be known until the final checklist is provided and collectors start opening the boxes.

  3. Really excited to see a Tebow variation! Maybe I’ll splurge and spend close to $1000 to buy one…

  4. This set should be called a combination of 2016 Bowman Draft and 2017 Bowman Prospects.

I think this will be the 1st set in 6 years I don’t buy.

Is this # 13 or 14 for Austin Meadows since 2013?

    Topps, enough is enough.

  5. 3 I pulled a Nick Solak base card #91/0 but that is not even listed in the checklist. Any clue?

  6. Could be an error or the checklist is not correct. Nick Solak is listed as #87.

  7. I absolutely love Topps Pro Debut. The set consists of only 200 cards with great prospects and very limited cards even the base cards are not mass produced in the millions

  8. Found a Nick Yohanek #PD-NY not listed in the checklist. Code is 4226 and any help would be appreciated. Card is not numbered.

  9. It’s at the bottom of the checklist as part of the 2016 Make Your Pro Debut Winner insert. This is the guy who won the Topps MiLB promotion last year.

  10. alan zimmerman if your nick solak is #87 and is serial numbered 9/10 then it is a red parallel of his base card which is the rarest parallel other than the black 1/1 congrats..also i love this product every year I enjoy collecting prospects and watching them come up through the minors

  11. No A’s prospects autographs, would have been nice to see A.J. Puk included. After all the A’s are the best triple A team in the majors!
