2015 Topps WWE wrestling cards are a mix of the past, present and future. The company's flagship wrestling set features a comprehensive base set, several and a pair of autographs, event-used or manufactured relics in every hobby box.
The 2015 Topps WWE base set has 100 Superstars, Divas and Legends. Topps continues with their recent trend of adding a logo for rookies. Each card has several parallels: Black (1:6 hobby packs), hobby-exclusive Silver (1:24), Gold (#/10) and Red (1/1).
Every pack also has a pair of Crowd Chant inserts. These have seven themes, each with ten cards. Like the base set, the cards have both current and retired greats, giving cardboard recognition such live echos as, "U-S-A!," "This is awesome!" and Ric Flair's "Wooooo!" It's probably safe to say that "Let's go, Cena! Cena sucks!" didn't make the cut.
NXT inserts return, showcasing some of the best WWE prospects. This set has ten cards, landing 1:3 packs.
Hulk Hogan Tribute (ten cards, 1:6) looks back on the career of professional wrestling's biggest icon. This is a cross-set insert that will spread across other Topps WWE sets in 2015. This is the first batch of 40 total cards. Parallels include Gold (#/10), Printing Plates and Red (1/1).
Autograph signers confirmed for 2015 Topps WWE include John Cena, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. Debuting on Topps WWE cards are Legends Bret "Hit Man" Hart, George "The Animal" Steele, Rusev, Paige, Emma and Eden.
In addition to basic autographs, there are Autographed Printing Plates and rare Triple Autographs.
Diva Kiss Cards return. Select WWE Divas puckered up to put a lip print on the card. There are also autographed versions.
2015 Topps WWE has a broad mix of event-used relics. Swatch Relics have pieces of clothing worn by wrestlers. SummerSlam Mat Relics come with swatches of the 2014 SummerSlam canvas embedded in them. New to the set are Athletic Tape Relics which were taken from WWE Superstars after they were done with them. Also new are King of the Ring Sign Relics, which come from the 1993 King of the Ring pay-per-view.
On the manufactured relic front the Commemorative Championship Plate collection continues. Collectors can find 30 new cards, which have a new design from 2014. The cards are designed to have replica belt plates from all six WWE championships embedded in them.
All autographs and relics in 2015 Topps WWE come with limited Gold (#/10) and Red (1/1) parallels.
Hulk Hogan isn't the only icon to get a tribute set. Sting Tribute is another insert that will spread across four releases. When it's done, it will have 40 cards. However, only the first ten are included in 2015 Topps WWE. And they're Walmart exclusives. Five cards are in jumbo packs sold at the retail giant. The next five cards are found in special Walmart Relic boxes. Jumbo packs also have a limited number of Sting autographs. Collectors can find Sting Relics and Autographed Relics in the special boxes.

Thank you Trey for your reply. This is our first purchase of WWE trading cards. I understand that the box set we purchased was not the complete set, however, not knowing how many cards are in a complete set, under the product description on ebay it was very misleading as it led you to believe that you were getting a 210 card set. Ok, if it is only 24 packs of 7 cards or less, we still only received 144 decent cards and 18 doubles (making a total of 162). It seems a very expensive exercise if you want to collect the whole set. If you order further smaller sets you would probably receive mostly doubles. If my son wanted to collect the whole set, can you tell me how he would go about it? Regards Gail

Jordan Lima I certainly understand the frustration about feeling like you did not get what was promised. Short of trading duplicates or buying another box, it can ultimately be easier and cheaper to just buy the set on eBay.
