So far, in limited numbers, the theme appears to be celebratory images that run the gamut from outright jubilation to casual amusement.

While the image variations were not listed on the final 2015 Topps Chrome Baseball checklist, Topps has confirmed that there are ten total variations. This is a decrease from 2014, which had 25 different options.

Full odds are 1:766 retail packs, 1:765 hobby packs and 1:235 jumbo packs. There are also Red Refractor (1:39,522 retail/1:38,070 hobby/1:12,133 jumbo) and SuperFractor (1:158,088 retail/1:215,728 hobby/1:51,564 jumbo) parallels for each of the variations.

These Chrome Baseball image variations are in addition to the high-number SPs for the recent rookie call-ups. The full group of RC short prints, including Carlos Correa, can be seen here. Also available on the RC short print list is an image variation for Byron Buxton that is not included in the list below.

  1. It appears that there are base refractor versions of these cards as well. They must not be nearly as shortprinted. There are more of them up for sale than the base non-refractor version.
