2015 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball to Feature Several Top 2015 NBA Draft Autographs
The 2015 Allen & Ginter Baseball autograph checklist continues to grow with the announcement that several top NBA draft prospects will sign for the popular release. This includes college basketball standouts Justise Winslow, Willie Cauley-Stein, Sam Dekker and R. J. Hunter.
Although Topps no longer makes basketball products, the company was quite popular with NBA collectors in the past. Now they will feature the first pack-pulled autographs for several first-round picks in the 2015 NBA Draft.
Justise Winslow played one season for the Duke Blue Devils and was a crucial part of their 2015 championship season. The 6'6" small forward is expected to be selected in the top ten picks and possibly the top five. Somewhat of an anomaly after spending three seasons with the Kentucky Wildcats, Willie Cauley-Stein is a seven-foot center with tremendous athletic ability. Cauley-Stein is also expected to go in the first ten picks.
Perhaps the biggest name from the 2015 NCAA Tournament, Sam Dekker is a likely fringe lottery pick, but the seven-footer already has good name recognition from his career with the Wisconsin Badgers. Lastly, R. J. Hunter has a lower profile than the other three players, but the Georgia State Panthers leading scorer is respected for his outside shot. Most believe Hunter will be taken in the first round.
Topps previously announced that 2015 Allen & Ginter will include autographs for Ichiro and Sylvester Stalone as Rocky Balboa.
