Making its American debut, 2015-16 Topps UEFA Champions League Match Attax brings an interactive element to card collecting and is centered around the annual club tournament in Europe.
Featuring some of the top club teams in the world, including Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid, the card game is based around head-to-head play by using the listed attributes for each player. The actual game is fairly simple to pick up and very popular across the pond. That basic point of the game is to score goals by playing better cards than your opponent.
The main set consists of 390 Basic cards with 15 cards per team and 26 teams. Featuring one per team, there are also 26 options for Captain, Star Player, Duo, and Man of the Match cards. Trophy (1 card), Tactics (5 cards) and 100 Club (4 cards) add more to the overall set.
Lastly, Limited Edition cards come in Bronze, Silver and Gold format, with eight cards for each group.
Topps previously announced a more premium Champions League set, including autographs for some of the biggest names in the tournament.
