2014 Bowman Chrome Football Variation Short Prints
The 2014 Bowman Chrome Football variation short prints set is looking tough to put together. It has a total of 50 cards, all of which are rookies.
Similar to a lot of the other football variations this year, many of the differences appear to be subtle. Some are downright tough to spot. However, there's the code on the back to help clear things up. If you look in the fine print at the bottom of the card, the CMP code for the short-printed variations ends in #12. The much more common base version ends in #00.
With such a big checklist, not a lot are popping up on the secondary market, making it much easier to distinguish them, as well.
It's important to note that only the base versions have variations, not the Refractors.
