For more than a decade, Topps has made variations a regular feature in many of their products. 2013 Topps MLS is no different. A total of 20 cards get the variation treatment, offering an alternate photo for their base set counterparts. 2013 Topps MLS variation short prints don't follow any pattern throughout, making spotting them a little tougher.

Inserted 1:349 packs, variations aren't easy to find. And without the widespread appeal of other sports like baseball and football, tracking them all down could prove challenging.

The checklist Topps released for the set had ten different short prints and ten variations. However, we confirmed with the company that all could be grouped together as they're all short printed and, obviously, feature separate photos.
