Look at your 2013 Topps Heritage Minor League Baseball cards closely. A total of 25 cards in the set come with short print variations. Inserted 1:89 packs, variations come with different photos. Most are significantly different from their common counterparts, however variations do not follow a theme.

Hope you’re right about that! After straining my eyes through 2 boxes worth, I found nothing but 83’s for the base cards. Guess I could go check my SP’s…

You know there is a easier way to the short prints apart? the last 2 digits in the serial number on the back bottom of the card are different, 83 is the base card, 85 is the regular 201-225 SP and 86 is variation.
