2013 McFarlane NFL Small Pros Series 1 Mini Figures

2013 McFarlane NFL Small Pros Series 1 Mini Figures

Product Details

User Rating:

2013 McFarlane NFL Small Pros Series 1 is a new line of mini figures. Building off of the trend for blind-packaged novelties, collectors don't initially know what figure they're going to get. Besides eight main figures, the series also has one short-printed chase figure and four variants.

2013 McFarlane NFL Small Pros Series 1 measure about 2 1/2 inches high. They're done like caricatures, giving them a distinct look from other McFarlane figures beyond their smaller size. It's almost like a throwback to the early 1990s where "big head" T-shirts and memorabilia were everywhere.

The Small Pros experience is kind of like a pack of cards in that you don't know which figure you're getting. This format has become popular in recent years with Lego Mini Figures and with things like Moshi Monsters and My Little Pony. These football figures come disassembled but are easy to put together.

The eight main figures in 2013 McFarlane NFL Small Pros Series 1 are Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck, Jason Witten, Aaron Rodgers, Trent Richardson, Troy Polamalu, Calvin Johnson Jr, and Peyton Manning. Adrian Peterson is the short print figure that's not mentioned on the box. RG3, Manning, Luck and Rodgers also have variant versions.
