The McFarlane NFL 32 Sports Picks lineup consists of eight different players. Half are making their McFarlane figure debut. As usual, collectors have several variant figures to chase down as well.
Leading the way for players getting their first McFarlane figure is Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton. Posed mid-motion, he's showing good form, likely looking down field for A.J. Green. Also getting their first taste of McFarlane Sports Picks action are Vernon Davis, Jordy Nelson and Antonio Brown.
Getting multiple McFarlanes is like a badge of honor. It not only shows that a play is doing well on the field, but there's enough demand among fans and collectors. Peyton Manning appears for a second time as a member of the Broncos. Despite only being in his second season, Robert Griffin III also has his second figure. Ray Rice and Arian Foster are the other two players with existing McFarlane figures prior to NFL 32.
There's something big going on with a couple of the McFarlane NFL 32 variants -- literally. Both Manning and RG3 have versions with big heads. These Game Face variants are reminiscent of the caricatures that were popular on shirts and pennants in the early 90s. Griffin also has a second variant figure that is autographed and numbered to 100. The rarest McFarlane NFL 32 variant belongs to Vernon Davis. His white jersey figure is limited to 50 copies.
