The only error card mentioned in this set is the Franklin Gutierrez wrong back, but I immediately found another and it’s the Jason Vargas #269 card. It too has someone else’s stats on the back someone for the Indians. I would check out the rest of the Mariners cards, there might be a trend here…
Please e-mail me if you decide to look into this…thanks.
It appears that most of the hitters’ stat lines have two entries for ‘3B’ where there 3B is listed for doubles also. Are there fewer correct cards than UER with this?
How do you what or where to find the error and variations, any certain store or whatever except ebay, amazon, and card shops and shows, thanks, Clinton
Clinton A Ehrhardt » One of the Trouts were available only in special Walmart packs. The rest are in all other packs. Other than trading or the secondary market (eBay, card shops, etc) that’s how you’ll find them.
I just pulled a Tom Seaver “Historical Stitches” card that has “Gibson” stitched on the patch! (For Bob Gibson, I assume) I have not found any information on this card…at all!…What do you folks know of this card? The card number is HS-TS…and everything on the front and back of the card is all Tom Seaver stuff. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sounds like an error.
I found an error on some of the 2012 rolls cards. It is a small error, on the back for the stats it says 3b twice instead of 2b then 3b. I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed it, but I would appreciate to know about it.
I ran 5 short prints from the set. They are orange bordered #/190.
These are the factory set-exclusive base parallels. They come five cards per set. https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2012-topps-baseball-complete-set-hobby
