The big names a lot of collectors will be looking for are lead stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer. Paquin plays the central role of Sookie Stackhouse. The young actress is already an Academy Award winner. Outside of True Blood, she is probably best known for playing Rogue in the X-Men movies. The other lead cast member to sign is Paquin's real-life husband, Stephen Moyer. He plays Bill Compton, a brooding vampire with a deep love for Sookie. According to Rittenhouse, both Paquin and Moyer signed less than 200 cards each for this set.

Although there are 38 different pack-inserted autographs, there are only 27 different signers. That is because 11 signers have two different cards: the regular version (notable for its dripping blood) and a full bleed version. Rittenhouse took a similar approach with their recent Game of Thrones set. The company has also been taking a similar approach for years with different autograph designs in their James Bond sets.
Two autographs are not available in packs. Kristin Bauer is an incentive for those ordering three cases while Alexander Skarsgard is a six-case incentive.
