2012 Breygent Deadworld Trading Cards
Product Details
Zombies have almost become their own sub-genre within the hobby. 2012 Breygent Deadworld is the latest set of trading cards to feature the living dead. Packaged as a premium box set, each comes with a full run of base cards, nine inserts and two hits.
Based on the comic that debuted in 1987, 2012 Breygent Deadworld is set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by zombies. The base set comes with 72 cards that delve into the various storylines and characters.
Most 2012 Breygent Deadworld box set comes with two guaranteed hits, although Breygent says most have four. These are either be sketch cards, autographs, Comic Panel Cards or new Z-cards. The list of sketch artists is expansive, delivering a variety of styles. Most are either highly detailed or in full-color. Comic Panel Cards have pieces from original pages embedded directly into them. Z-cards are a new type of fold out card.Unfolded, they are an over-sized piece of artwork. However, when they're folded, Z-cards look like a regular card, complete with a front and a back.
3D Lenticular Cards give added depth to already striking artwork. Five of the set's 15 cards are in each box set. Girls of Deadworld Holographic Foil Cards fall four per box. Twelve cards make up the insert set.
2012 Breygent Deadworld has a binder that is sold separately and comes with two exclusive promo cards.
It is worth noting that the images on many of these cards are extremely gory and likely won't appeal to everyone.
