The advent of massive computer-generated special effects has made for some pretty impressive big screen sights. They really have changed the way movies are made. The downside for collectors is that often images from key points aren't ready in time for them to appear on cards in time for the theatrical release. 2002 Topps Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Collector's Update offers a work around. Following up the initial set, it fills in the gaps. The checklist is a simple one, offering little else other than a handful of memorabilia cards.
The 2002 Topps Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Collector's Update set has 72 cards. Numbering continues from where the first series left off, starting at number 91.
Design wise, nothing changes. The glossy cards have an elegant front that runs horizontally with a large screen shot dominating the cardboard landscape. A bottom stripe has the film's key art done with a gold foil accent. There's also a small caption.
The big draws of 2002 Topps Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Collector's Update outside the base set are Costume Cards. These come with a swatch of material used to make the costumes. Inserted one per box, eight memorabilia cards make up the set. Three are short prints.

i am looking for a visual checklist with pricing for 2001 lord of the rings fellowship of the rings. and i am looking for a pricing on a 2002 topps sealed ichiro card. i was told that it came off the press without touching the card and put into a hardsleeve and sealed. where do i go for these pricing lists?
