Guide
A constant for A&G fans, the 2017 Topps Allen & Ginter non-baseball autographs lineup contains a wide mix of subjects from outside MLB, but the focus is centered on world champions of different sports or people with a direct connection to sports. Thanks to the full 2017 Topps Allen and Ginter Baseball checklist, we have information about all the signers to be found in the product, which releases on July 19.
Among the most notable options, legendary modern boxer Floyd Mayweather is part of the set as both a base card subject and signer. Although nearing the end of his career, the undefeated boxer (49-0) remains in the headlines based on his push for a 50-0 record, as well as for his bout with MMA star Conor McGregor.
Other key 2017 Topps Allen and Ginter non-baseball signers include Hollywood stars Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar and William Shatner. Champions of note include jockey Gary Stevens, gymnast Laurie Hernandez, and coach of the 1952 Indiana state champion Hickory Hoosiers, Norman Dale (a.k.a. Gene Hackman).
Allen & Ginter has long made its mark on the hobby by including signed cards for stars from other sports. However, in recent years, a greater push has been made to also feature entertainers and personalities, including sportscasters, actors, comedians and reality stars.
The signed mini cards are framed and come in base versions along with Black Frame (#/10) and hobby-only Red Ink parallels.

Rolland
A couple nice names! May weather will be overpriced then followed by a few others. After that and we’re looking at $10.00 autographs. We bought a case the previous year and we pulled 5 nobody autographs….5. Then we’re left with the relic cards and all plain white and nothing unique. What’s even inside of a rip card worth destroying the card? Take out the oddities and DNA cards. Topps still hasn’t responded to the rat bone they cheated us with. What happened to tommy lee autographs from 2013? Nothing……and all we get is the same every year. It’s clear that the high end products for the biggest $$$ is tops only concern. people like me can’t afford them who have supported topps for years watch as we’re left with less and less for more money. I’m not collecting to sell, but when we pull your supposed best hit in a run and it’s a rat bone. We get the idea that the little guy is no longer cared about. What happened to the wow in Allen ginter?
