Allen & Ginter has long been known as much for the various oddities in the set as for the baseball subjects themselves. One particular area where the many entertainers, musicians and actors can overtake the MLB stars is with the signed cards, and the 2016 Topps Allen & Ginter Non-Baseball Autographs feature an intriguing group.
The unique 2016 Topps Allen & Ginter checklist is already wide reaching with inserts dedicated to subjects like U.S. mayors and natural wonders alongside the relics of ancient Rome. Who are these individuals they are like from Planet Claire to me. Disappointing, I’d hate to miss out on a good baseball auto and get a guy who likes baseball and goes to the park auto. Topps blew this set.
