The 2012 Cryptozoic Smallville Seasons 7-10 Autographs are finally here.

It may have taken a few extra years, but Smallville fans can finally finish their card collections. Before going out of business, Inkworks did a great job of covering the show's first six seasons. Over the course of those six sets, more than 50 different Smallville autographs were produced.

Picking up where Inkworks left off, 2012 Cryptozoic Smallville Seasons 7-10 adds another 14 autographs to the collection. Although several signed for Inkworks, all are done on a new vertical design that has a much more modern look.

Unfortunately series stars Tom Welling (Clark Kent) and Kristin Kreuk (Lana Lang) still aren't a part of the checklist. With Cryptozoic having stated publicly that Smallville Seasons 7-10 would be their only set for the show, it's unlikely either will ever sign cards for the show.

But that's not to say there aren't any notable signers. There are lots, including several who small parts on Smallville but bigger roles elsewhere.

Out of the gate, the autograph getting the most attention belongs to Laura Vandervoort, who played Kara, Clark's Kryptonian cousin. The first two on eBay went for $99.99 with a third jumping to $149.99.

Three autographs in the set have major significance for other interpretations of Superman. Margot Kidder starred as Lois Lane in the iconic films starring Christopher Reeve. Dean Cain, who was the Man of Steel in TV's Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, has also for Smallville Seasons 7-10. Finally, Terence Stamp has also signed for the Cryptozoic set. Most will recognize him as General Zod in Superman and Superman II. This is the first-ever autograph card for Stamp.

Other signers in the set collectors might recognize include John Schneider (Bo Duke on The Dukes of Hazzard), Tori Spelling (Donna from Beverly Hills 90210) and James Marsters (Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer).
