Bowman Platinum is a brand new end of the season “prospecting” product that comes in at a relitively low price point and appears to offer prospectors plenty of intriguing cards. The Six Auto Book cards, the Strasburg/Heyward Dual Relic Auto, and my personal favorite, the inclusion of Miguel Sano add up to what should be a pretty cool prospecting product.
Elite is second to only Bowman Chrome when it comes to high quality prospecting cards. Last season Elite was one of the season’s best products and there is no reason 2010 can’t deliver more of the same.
Each pack of the high-end Sterling has a “theme” printed on it, a few of this years themes include “Rookie Phenoms”, “First Hall Of Fame Class”, and “The Five Ring Club”. If you fancy yourself a Baseball Historian, this product is definitely something worth looking into come November.
