Description: This 1986 New York Mets World Championship Trophy is the very one presented to Lenny Dykstra for his contributions towards claiming the second World Championship in franchise history for the New York Mets. Perhaps no Mets player was as "clutch" that October as Dykstra, whose walk-off home run in Game Three of the National League Championship Series is remembered as one of the most important long balls in Shea history. Dykstra twice went deep in the World Series, including a momentum-shifting long ball in the first at-bat at Fenway after the Mets dropped Games One and Two at home.
