However, she has had hundreds of other cards released in ensuing years including dozens of autographs and memorabilia cards. Other popular collectibles are signed copies of the 2006 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition that she appeared in, as well as signed tennis balls and color 8x10 photos, particularly those from her championship at Wimbledon in 2004.
Maria Sharapova Rookie Cards
Fresh off her win at Wimbledon the previous year, newcomer Ace Authentic took the 2005 National Sports Collectors Convention by storm with 2005 Ace Authentic Debut Edition. Featuring, the seemingly always smiling Sharapova in a post-match victory celebration, this is Sharapova's most iconic and memorable rookie card.
Later in 2005, Ace Authentic featured a higher-end product that had Sharapova's other rookie card. This time she is depicted in dual actions shots: a color foreground photo and a smaller black and white inset. The color contrast makes for a very attractive card.
