I tried to avoid reporting on the Tim Tebow fad, but I guess I have to. Not only is he a crusading quarterback, he's now a trademark too.
It's not unusual for celebrities and athletes to trademark their names. What it likely means though, is that cease and desist letters may be in the works for some attempting to freeload off Tebow's reputation and the enormous fad that he has spawned.
Let's just hope someone doesn't try and patent or trademark tebowing. Actually, let's hope they do. That way, someone can run around and sue everyone for doing it.

Tebow hype is dying down after his last two performances…Let’s see if he can figure out Steeler’s D this weekend. My guess is a shutout for the Pitt. D. Don’t get me wrong, I love Tebow for his faith, work ethic, commitment to be the best. I just don’t think he’s a good NFL QB. If God finds that it’s time for him to win a Super Bowl though, WATCH OUT…you probably won’t be able to buy a base Topps RC for under $100 .
