Panini Announces Autographed Cards for National Wrapper Redemption

Panini Announces Autographed Cards for National Wrapper Redemption

Panini announced another addition to their wrapper redemption packs for the 2011 National Sports Collectors Convention. Numbered autographed versions of the show-exclusive cards will be randomly inserted in the packs. Print runs for the autographs were not released but Panini did mentioned that they would be "low-numbered" cards. There was also no indication if the released checklist was complete or if other players will be added.

The known players with autographed cards are:

PK Subban - Montreal Canadiens
Tim Tebow - Denver Broncos
Julio Jones - Atlanta Falcons
Cam Fowler - Anaheim Ducks
Jeff Skinner - Carolina Hurricanes
Patrick Kane - Chicago Blackhawks
Taylor Hall - Edmonton Oilers
Blake Griffin - LA Clippers
Jonathan Toews - Chicago Blackhawks
Cam Newton - Carolina Panthers
Mark Ingram - New Orleans Saints
Matt Forte - Chicago Bears
Jake Locker - Tennessee Titans
AJ Green - Cincinnati Bengals
Blaine Gabbert - Jacksonville Jaguars

All released images of the autographed versions can be viewed at the Panini website.

Collectors who cannot make the National this year can still get in on the giveaways by "liking" Panini America on Facebook. One person will be randomly picked to win an autographed Julio Jones card from Panini's Rookies & Stars product.
