Panini invigorates the 2010 NFL Season with the introduction of Epix Football. Using “HoloEmboss”, Epix delivers a whole new look to the trading card community. HoloEmboss is an award winning technology which creates a unique foil appearance without the use of holographic foil. The hologram appears on top of the printing as opposed to underneath, giving it a subtle and unique appearance.
First Impressions:
It will interesting to see whether Panini's new "HoloEmboss" technology is the real deal or not, my biggest complaint with Panini has always been with their card stock. It would be nice to see Panini establish a unique style the same way Topps did with their Chrome technology.
